Auto Damage Appraiser - Door-to-door program, Gloucester, MA and North Shore     GENERAL PURPOSE The Auto Damage Appraiser is responsible for re-inspecting physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for customers utilizing our Door-to-Door Repair network shops. The candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service while utilizing measures to control severities. This includes oversight of DTD shops in the Massachusetts region utilizing re-inspections as containment controls.  This position is located in the field within the North Shore area of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will reside north of Boston and will be able to cover most of the North Shore, MA.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Survey damages, prepare estimates and negotiate settlements.  Settlements include partial and total losses within their established authority level.
