The Private Client Advisor Manager for the Marsh Norwalk PCS team, has overall responsibility for the Central team’s client retention, generation of expanded revenue, cultivation and development of COI relationships, and developing active client referrals. Ensures the achievement of superior client service for the office. Directs the overall performance of Client Advisors in the office by providing day-to-day leadership, management, and coaching. What can you expect? Client: Monitors overall client satisfaction and ensures appropriate level of service delivery. Oversees the Client Advisory process and monitors adherence to procedures and guidelines. Develops service strategies to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met.
