Job Description Step into an instrumental role with a Franchise Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, focused on helping individuals navigate various life transitions and retire confidently. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced, friendly financial planning office and assist in daily business operations. This position complements or completes tasks previously performed by the advisors, allowing the advisors to focus more time and energy on client-facing activities including client acquisition and deepening existing client relationships. The administrative/planning assistant supports the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of this team practice. The administrative assistant allows the franchise advisor the assurance to know the practice is being maintained and supported within Ameriprise Financial guidelines.
