Experienced management and administration professional to be responsible for resolution of customer service issues, detailed and timely processing of new and existing group insurance enrollment (currently Life/AD&D, Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Medical and Dental coverage), and other related daily administration in support of (a) national account(s). Reports to the Group Insurance Administration Director and firm principals at Disability Specialists (subsidiary of Acrisure, LLC).
