We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our business in Sweden and Finland (approx. 220 employees). In this role, you will be the key HR partner for managers and employees, ensuring high-quality HR delivery aligned with local legislation and WTW’s global HR model. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious HR professional who enjoys operating in an international matrix organization. You are self-motivated, have a positive mindset and the ability to work independently with a drive for results. .

The Business  The Work & Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data & Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). The success of a company is, to a large extent, dependent on the quality and performance of its employees. We help companies to translate their strategic objectives into an effective HR strategy, in which compensating, monitoring, and motivating the right people in the right way is a central theme. Our advice is always based on our analytical skills through effective use of data and qualitative research.
