The successful candidate must have insurance defense experience handling commercial lines matters, with extensive knowledge of general liability, including substantive experience with New York Labor Law §§ 240(1) and 241(6), contractual indemnification issues between parties, commercial premises liability, and commercial auto claims. Maintains responsibility and accountability for a caseload and works collaboratively with claims professionals, insureds, and business partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
