Position Summary
GEICO is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to lead and manage the Company’s privacy and cybersecurity litigation, as well assist on privacy- and cyber-related legal investigations. This role will handle a portfolio of data privacy, data security, and technology-driven disputes—including class actions and multi-plaintiff matters—and will direct or support internal and external investigations arising from data incidents, privacy complaints, and regulatory inquiries. The position will also support complex commercial, corporate, and intellectual property litigation impacting the Company’s operations, products, and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business, technology, and information security leaders while working within a collaborative legal department valued for providing practical, business-focused advice.
This position will report to the Senior Director for Corporate Litigation, Investigations & eDiscovery.

Annual Salary
$158,875.00 - $260,350.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
