Job Description:
The Sr. Professional, Client Delivery - An individual contributor and peer leader who analyzes complex business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and designs innovative system solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leading solutioning discussions for complex, integrated software systems. Additionally, the role plays a key part in oversight of Workforce Management, Capacity and Forecasting.
This role goes beyond standard analysis by managing E2E implementations, driving internal process improvements, and proactively mentoring junior analysts to elevate the team's overall capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence. Oversee resource allocations across multiple projects to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Documentation: Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
Testing and Support: Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.
Project Leadership: Lead and mentor other analysts, manage projects, and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus on solutions. Consult with stakeholders across various products and technologies to align implementation strategies with business objectives.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of overall business that can be modified to achieve key goals of working Faster, Smarter and More Effectively.
Lean/Six Sigma: Conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify “Waste” or “Delays” that can be improved for Cycle Time Improvements.
Project/Program Management: Ability to support ownership of small and large scale projects while utilizing PMP experience for achieving success.
Job Qualifications:
BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Matrix or other MLS products.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus.
