Full-time paid training beginning Monday November 9, 2026.
Training hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm EST
Training will last for 13 weeks
Morning and afternoon shifts available after training
Position Summary: Be the voice that strengthens member relationships and drives results. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound member interactions while identifying opportunities to promote memberships, credit card offers, and other valuable club products. Using consultative selling techniques, active listening, and product expertise, you'll recommend solutions that meet members' needs, maximize sales opportunities, and create a positive, engaging experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, resolve, and process all membership enquiries through first call resolution, including billing, renewal, upgrades, payments, information changes, duplicate cards, processing payments, etc.
Drive achievement of membership and credit card sales targets through proactive promotion, consultative selling, and effective closing techniques.
Consistently identify opportunities for new membership sales, upgrades, and product enhancements to support membership growth objectives.
Serve as a key contact for membership sales initiatives, leveraging direct mail campaigns, marketing promotions, and member interactions to maximize conversion and revenue results.
Maximize all cross-sell opportunities – account maintenance, sales, warm transfer skills, etc., through transition and closing skills.
Assist members through consultation, giving verbal and written email information, including but not limited to – directions, attractions, hotels, State parks, other areas of interest, weather conditions, road closures, member information, discounts, and rewards program. Complete Triptik requests; assist in auto vacation planning, etc.
Receive and process cross-over support as needed during disaster situations.
Adhere to performance metrics to include managing calls, schedule adherence, sales targets, and other metrics as prescribed by leadership.
Qualifications:
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group products.
Minimum: 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a fast-paced computer-automated business environment.
Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending and receiving emails, toggling between applications, and other skills and computer knowledge is required.
Must have excellent communication skills and good customer service skills with the ability to set personal goals based on job requirements and be team-oriented.
Must have soft sell skills and be able to multitask.
Ability to set up computer equipment and troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
Preferred
MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service.
Advanced computer skills.
Work Environment:
This is a Call Center where employees work remotely full-time.
An exception to this would be in the case of connectivity or service level issues, in which employees would be required to report temporarily to a designated ACG facility (if located <50 miles from an office) until connectivity or service levels are restored. Must be available to work non-standard hours, such as nights, weekends, split shifts, holidays, on an as-needed basis; shifts may be flexible as assigned. (Center open 362 days).

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
