The Regulatory Affairs division of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant. This position provides comprehensive administrative and committee support to the Directors of Property & Casualty Regulatory Services and P/C Technical Advisory Services and their teams. Responsibilities include project coordination, meeting and document management, stakeholder communication, and support of NAIC committees, task forces, and working groups. This is a full-time hybrid position, in a positive and flexible environment. Residency within 100 miles of the Kansas City, Missouri office is required.
Responsibilities Include
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting executives, committees, or cross-functional teams in a professional environment.
Systems & Technology Requirements
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
Travel
This position does not require overnight business travel. Employees are responsible for their personal transportation to/from the home and office, including events, meetings, and training required by the NAIC.
Compensation
$37.00/hour - $40.00/hour, commensurate with education and experience.
