In this role, you'll serve as a trusted business consultant to agency leaders, helping identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and increase engagement with Grinnell Mutual's products and programs. Leveraging market insights, data analytics, and strategic planning, you'll influence agency success while driving profitable growth within your assigned territory. Through effective territory management, agency segmentation, sales planning, and collaboration with underwriting and internal business partners, you'll play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening agency relationships, and delivering measurable business results aligned with company objectives.
The preferred location for this position is the Twin Cities area, with responsibility for a territory spanning Minnesota. This field-based role is headquartered from your home office and includes a company vehicle, cell phone, internet reimbursement, and home office setup stipend to support your success.
