The Learning and Development Intern will play a key role in supporting a team of instructional designers and learning and development professionals. This internship offers hands-on experience in the creation, delivery, and management of educational materials, as well as exposure to best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
As an intern, you will:
• Collaborate with instructional designers to design and develop training programs, job aids, and multimedia content.
• Support the implementation of instructional design best practices, including the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
• Assist in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback reviews to enhance learning products.
• Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions for course delivery.
• Ensure all learning materials meet accessibility and quality standards.
