Description
The Marketing Technology & Enablement manager will join Huntington's growing Digital Marketing team, supporting the management and optimization of Huntington.com and enterprise email marketing programs. This role partners closely with Marketing Managers, Product teams, Technology partners, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement, acquisition, and customer growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and marketing expertise with a passion for digital experiences, marketing automation, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimization. This individual will help ensure a consistent customer experience across web and email channels while supporting scalable marketing programs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize Huntington's content management platform (Sitecore) to maintain, optimize, and publish content across Huntington.com for Lending and Deposit products and services.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Partner with Marketing Campaign Managers to execute strategic and recurring digital campaigns across web and email channels.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing platforms, capabilities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology partners to ensure marketing activities meet regulatory and governance requirements.
- Ensure web and email experiences align with Huntington brand standards, accessibility requirements, and digital experience guidelines.
- Execute testing and optimization strategies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data, analytics, and customer behavior insights.
- Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, automation, and deployment of email campaigns.
- Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Leverage web analytics tools to identify opportunities for site optimization, improved customer journeys, and increased conversion performance.
- Document processes, best practices, and platform capabilities to support marketing team enablement and operational excellence.
- Support ongoing enhancements to Huntington's marketing technology ecosystem.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, website management, email marketing, or related disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, or similar enterprise marketing platforms.
- Experience supporting data-driven marketing initiatives and digital campaign execution.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, HTML/CSS, SQL, and digital marketing technologies.
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and audience segmentation.
- Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, and personalization strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience documenting and promoting best practices, standards, and training materials for marketing technology platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search, and digital content strategy.
- Experience with content governance, content audits, information architecture, and digital experience optimization.

Compensation Range:
Total Base Pay Range 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
