The Role

The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is an entry-level position designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in insurance brokerage, risk management, and client service. The ACA will support Client Advocates and other members of the Willis A&E team in delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our design professional clients.

Unlike many entry-level positions, this role includes a comprehensive training program designed to provide a strong foundation in the insurance products, risk management services, claims advocacy capabilities, and consulting resources that Willis A&E delivers to architecture and engineering firms throughout North America.

The ACA will gain broad exposure to client service, insurance program design, risk management strategies, carrier relationships, proposal development, policy administration, and claims support while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives that support the continued growth of the Willis A&E practice.

Training and Development
