RPM Data Management is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Statistical & DMV/eCFR Reporting team. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of regulatory reporting processes while supporting data quality initiatives, reporting modernization efforts, and continuous process improvement. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, researching data issues, and translating detailed business requirements into actionable solutions. Associates in this position work with regulatory and statistical reporting data, investigate discrepancies, validate reporting results, and collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy. Success in this role requires curiosity, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply complex insurance and reporting concepts. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology teams across the organization to implement system enhancements, automate manual processes, and identify opportunities to improve reporting quality and timeliness.

Annual Salary
$64,575.00 - $101,475.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
