Your Impact.

We Insure is hiring three Field Growth Managers, with one opening in each of the following Texas markets: Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Each position is a full-time, field based role focused on building We Insure's grassroots referral network within its assigned market.

The Field Growth Manager serves as the Market Builder & Community Host for Road to Ownership, developing local partnerships and converting community relationships into qualified insurance opportunities.

During the first 90 days, the employee is primarily a market builder and must complete the company supported property and casualty licensing path. Until the employee is licensed, trained and authorized, licensed We Insure agents own all insurance advice, quoting, placement and binding.

After licensure, the role develops into a hybrid market builder and producer. The target is for the employee to personally write approximately 25% of referrals from their partner base by Month 6, 50% by Month 9 and nearly all standard, in appetite referrals by Month 12, while specialists handle complex risks and overflow.

Success requires exceptional relationship building, follow through, camera presence, insurance learning agility and commercial judgment. At $2.0 million of attributed premium in force, the employee may become eligible to enter We Insure's standard franchise conversion process. Eligibility is not guaranteed and remains subject to standard approvals, disclosures, fees and agreements.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, field based

Company Vehicle: A company provided van will be available for business related travel, partner visits, and community events.

Key Responsibilities.

Partner Development & Field Market Building

• Develop and maintain productive referral relationships with mortgage professionals, real estate agents, title partners, auto dealerships, home-service businesses and community leaders.
• Plan and execute weekly field routes, office visits, open houses, events, local activations and scheduled partner meetings.
• Create simple, compliant referral pathways and obtain consumer permission before sending information to the licensed agency team.
• Follow up with meaningful contacts within one business day and convert one-time meetings into repeat referral relationships.
• Represent We Insure in the community and identify partnerships that can scale beyond a single event or relationship.

Insurance Production & Book Development

• Complete the company approved property and casualty licensing path within the first 90 days, including coursework, examination and application requirements.
• Shadow licensed agents and learn intake, coverage fundamentals, carrier appetite, quoting, placement, binding, service expectations and compliance requirements.
• After licensing and authorization, personally write approximately 25% of partner referrals by Month 6, 50% by Month 9 and nearly all standard, in appetite referrals by Month 12.
• Maintain quote and application quality, use approved workflows and escalate complex, specialized or out of appetite opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Build written premium and premium in force toward the $2.0 million franchise eligibility threshold while supporting customer retention and book quality.

Content, Community Brand & Partner Collaboration

• Serve as the on camera host of Road to Ownership and identify local people, places and stories worth featuring.
• Capture approved field footage and interviews, then collaborate with Marketing, editors and videographers on flagship episodes and supporting clips.
• Use content and partner collaborations to open doors, deepen relationships and strengthen local awareness of We Insure.
• Coordinate partner co-posts, local activations and community storytelling while making the partner or customer the central subject.
• Protect customer privacy, obtain filming consent and follow brand, music, sponsorship and disclosure requirements.

CRM, Performance Management & Operating Discipline

• Maintain complete CRM records for partner stage, consent, source, contact information, next action, referral outcome and relationship history.
• Prepare a weekly dashboard and route plan that tracks productive partners, accepted referrals, self-written production, written premium and premium in force.
• Manage the approved field budget, company vehicle, equipment, expenses and calendar with strong judgment and accountability.
• Participate in weekly coaching and monthly economics reviews, using actual results to focus on the strongest partner channels and stop low value activity.
• Document scripts, objections, handoff workflows, content practices and operating lessons so the model can be repeated in future markets.

Your Experience.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of demonstrated success in field sales, business development, partnerships, hospitality, recruiting, mortgage, real estate, automotive, events, community work or content.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, insurance/risk management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Active property and casualty license at hire or prior completion of state approved pre-licensing education.
• Experience building referral relationships, a pipeline, audience or book of business from a cold start.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, title, automotive, home services or another referral driven industry.
• Experience with short form video, on camera hosting, event hosting, local partnerships or community marketing.

Work Experience.

Required

• Two or more years of demonstrated success in field sales, business development, partnerships, hospitality, recruiting, mortgage, real estate, automotive, events, community work or content.

Preferred

• Experience building referral relationships, a pipeline, audience or book of business from a cold start.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, title, automotive, home services or another referral-driven industry.
• Experience with short-form video, on-camera hosting, event hosting, local partnerships or community marketing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse partners, prospects and community members.
• Self-directed prospecting, route planning, rejection tolerance and consistent field energy.
• Strong CRM, calendar, written follow-up, prioritization and detail-management discipline.
• Commitment to earn a property and casualty license within the first 90 days and learn coverage fundamentals, carrier appetite, quoting workflow and compliance requirements.
• Ability to transition into personal production and write an increasing share of partner referrals after licensure and authorization.
• Authentic on-camera communication, interviewing and storytelling skills, with the judgment to make the partner or customer the focus.
• Commercial judgment to connect field activity and content to productive partners, written premium, premium in force and acquisition economics.
• Sound judgment regarding consent, privacy, brand representation, regulated insurance

Required

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, partnerships, hospitality, recruiting, mortgage, real estate, automotive, events, community engagement or content.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to earn a Property & Casualty license within the first 90 days.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, insurance/risk management or a related field.
• Active Property & Casualty license or prior pre-licensing education.
• Experience building referral relationships, pipelines, audiences or books of business.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, title, automotive, home services or another referral driven industry.
• Experience with on camera content, event hosting, local partnerships or community marketing.

• Self-directed with strong prospecting, route planning and CRM skills.
