Human Resources Coordinator

Coaction is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting HR operations by assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. As a key point of contact for staff, you will help maintain a positive work environment and ensure the efficient and smooth running of daily HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of all employees, temps and contractors. Maintain all onboarding documents and processes ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Perform weekly benefits orientation for new hires. Oversee all new hire swag planning and ordering of inventory
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team administration including interview scheduling, candidate communications, travel logistics, background check and execution of the Internship and Externship program as needed.
  • Assist in the upkeep of all policies and departmental compliance requests.
  • In partnership with the Ops team, maintain data integrity within our core HR systems (Workday, Egnyte, Internal Portal)
  • Provide data and reporting support for all surveys as needed.
  • Oversee execution of all engagement initiatives. This includes proposing ideas, planning out events, maintain budgets, and execution. You will be the cornerstone of building on our internal culture making Coaction a Great Place to Work
  • Provide support to Employee Resource Groups as needed
  • Support the Internal Employee Recognition Program
  • Maintain company sites, Linkedin, Glassdoor etc.
  • Assist with other projects, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role or strong internship experience with an emphasis on HR Operations
  • Experience with Workday highly preferred
  • Experience with ADP payroll highly preferred
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products, comfortable in excel highly preferred
  • Detailed orientated, focus on data accuracy and system integrity and demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
