The Wealth Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of various enablement and training programs within the Wealth Segment. As a partner to the business segment and a liaison to the enterprise L&D team, this leader identifies training opportunities, builds solutions, and ensures effective implementation and communication. Also helps to define, manage, and coordinate analysis including metrics around colleague satisfaction and program effectiveness. Actively seeks input and collaboration with Wealth colleagues to create impactful solutions. This position manages colleague onboarding and role-readiness training, provides an innovative approach to programs, events, recognition, career pathing and segment training design and facilitation.
