We are seeking a Data & Analytics Product Manager to help shape the future of data-driven decision-making within our organization. This role will be hybrid, working two days a week in the office and three days the last week of the month. The ideal person will possess the following skill set.

Summary Statement

The Data, Analytics, and AI Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and implementation of enterprise data and analytics products.  This role acts as a critical liaison across business and technology stakeholders to develop and deliver a comprehensive roadmap that advances data-driven decision-making, accelerates AI adoption, and ensures robust data governance. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into scalable data solutions, fostering innovation, and maximizing business impact.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties

• Lead the development and execution of the data, analytics, and AI product roadmap in partnership with business units and IT.
• Champion the integration of advanced analytics and AI capabilities into business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and insight generation.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, end to end architecture/design, development, testing, integration, and iteration.
• Work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to deliver high-value analytics and AI solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and business impact.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new data and AI products.
• Communicate complex data and AI concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer

• Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

• 6 years of experience in a data analytics or working in an Information Technology field supporting Data Analytics/Engineering.
• 2 years product management experience, including defining, developing and launching successful products.
• 3 years of experience utilizing SQL, data modeling principles and data architecture.
• 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to convey complex concepts and translate them to different audience.
• Familiarity with big data technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, statistical modeling, and other relevant technologies.
