Come work for a Fortune 200 company that is looking to add a member to their Executive Protection Professional staff. We are seeking Executive Professionals to provide security and safety to the company’s senior leadership team and other top-tier executives.
We are a global professional services firm headquartered in New York City, with businesses in insurance, risk management, reinsurance, talent management, investment advisory, and management consulting.
This role reports to the Manager of Executive Protection Operations.
We will count on you to:
- Provide secure transportation from the Principal’s residence(s) to Marsh’s headquarters, other business offices, client meetings, dinners, and other social events.
- Provide secure transportation to other locations such as airports, train stations, corporate charter services, and other locales.
- Support and provide security for off-site events and functions such as off-site Executive Committee meetings, Board of Directors meetings, board dinners, annual shareholder meetings, large corporate events, and other corporate events/functions.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key departments such as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and each of the other Businesses’ CEOs’ offices, General Counsel, and their respective Executive Assistants.
- Conduct advance security assessments by either visiting the location of a future event or making virtual assessments and communicating with law enforcement, public safety, or other security assets regarding the security posture of certain locations.
- Review and analyze pertinent data regarding intelligence reports from confidential, open-source, and third-party providers regarding the threat environment; implement proactive strategies to mitigate risk.
- Obtain TSA ASO (Armed Security Officer) certification. Once qualified, attend all annual training qualifications and other requirements needed to maintain ASO certification in good standing.
- Meet regularly with the NYPD Midtown North Police Department, or other appropriate law enforcement agencies, based on executive residential locations within the United States and elsewhere. In coordination with law enforcement as applicable, receive and relay crime, safety, and other information that supports the security and safety risk assessment of any principals of the company, or other executives or employees as needed.
- Keep the Company vehicle up to date with inspections, oil changes, and proactively resolve other maintenance issues as needed.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-equipped with required equipment such as an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), first aid kit, roadside breakdown safety equipment, fire extinguisher, and other vehicle equipment.
- Perform other security-related functions for the Global Security Department when not providing Executive Protection services, such as preparing incident reports, conducting internal investigations, patrolling protected spaces, and maintaining posts for events on premises and elsewhere.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 20 years working in law enforcement
- Corporate security driver experience in an Executive Protection role
- NYS Armed Guard License
- LEOSA Certification / HR-218
- Ability to maintain firearm proficiency

The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $125,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
