Education
- Bachelors required or equivalent relevant experience
- Master's Degree Preferred
Experience/Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives, particularly in digital transformation, platform development, and emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, microservices).
- 2+ years of experience in people management, fostering innovation and excellence in high-performing teams preferred.
- Proven experience in engineering excellence, delivery management, and scrum management in agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience driving business transformation and aligning technology strategy with business goals.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in system development life cycle (SDLC) and in managing end-to-end technology solutions from ideation through to production.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and DevOps.
- Expertise in Agile/Lean development methodologies and Continuous Deployment tools and techniques.
- Ability to lead scrum teams, driving performance, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management and technical governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical strategies to both business and technical audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on innovation, mentoring, and developing talent within teams.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead teams to success under pressure.

What’s in it for you?
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually. This is a hybrid opportunity working on EST.
The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 20% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 20 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
