Responsibilities

A Product Management Analyst combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and analytical skills to ensure software products meet customer demands and drive business success. This role is perfect for someone passionate about product development and eager to learn the intricacies of product management. You will collaborate closely with organizational unit (OU) partners and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and create value for Berkley.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling current system functionality for complex tickets, developing insurance product user stories, and ensuring quality assurance. This role requires a solid understanding of system integrations and the ability to assist with troubleshooting. The Systems Analyst will consult and build relationships with organizational units (OUs), recommend modifications to business processes, and monitor implemented work for success. Additionally, the candidate will use data to drive decision-making processes for system changes and participate in triage/application support rotation.

 

  • Enable current system functionality for complex tickets.
  • Develop and manage insurance product user stories.
  • Ensure quality assurance and filing implications for user stories.
  • Possess sound knowledge of integrations for the current system and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Consult and build relationships with organizational units (OUs).
  • Recommend modifications to business processes.
  • Monitor implemented work for success.
  • Use data to drive decision-making processes for system changes.
  • Demonstrate basic SQL knowledge.
  • Understand and apply the Agile process.
  • Participate in triage/application support rotation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with quality assurance and user story development.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the Agile process.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (open to all degrees and majors)
  • At least 5 years of job experience
