The Individual Life & Financial Services (ILFS) New Business Manager works within the new business department, which is responsible for the processing and facilitating of new business applications and providing partnership to key stakeholders. The new business department provides support to the division in the following areas: processing, case management, and additional business support. More specifically, the position adds value to the organization by strategically aligning the teams in order to meet department goals, assists in resolving internal and external issues that negatively impact our ability to deliver results, supports ongoing development of new business staff, all of which contribute to the organizational key results.

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
