We are seeking a Jr. Reporting Analyst to serve as a critical link between data and business strategy. This role will collaborate with our Business Intelligence Analyst to enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve overall business performance by leveraging the agency’s data assets.
We believe in leveraging data to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and empower leadership with actionable insights.
This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain and enhance ACIP technology and systems (CORE, EZLynx) and research potential new tools.
- Create, maintain, and enhance agency production reports (Sales, Service, Virtual Assistants, contests, etc.).
- Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including scorecards and performance metrics.
- Support Operations Manager with process improvements and implementation.
- Forecast agency performance and profitability.
- Prepare ad hoc presentations for meetings and process rollouts using Canva.
- Assist with onboarding new carriers and auditing agency processes.
- Support Virtual Assistant team management.
- Uphold company values and actively seek continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with data reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
