Associate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the USRM Marketing organization on our Advertising Team. Advertising Campaign Lead

You’ll play a central role in bringing an advertising campaign to market across channels. From planning through production and optimization, you’ll help translate brand and business objectives into well executed advertising. Partner closely with media, creative, and research teams.

Terrestrial & Digital Audio Advertising

Execute Liberty Mutual’s audio advertising strategy across terrestrial radio, streaming, podcasts, and emerging media. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Liberty shows up in audio, tracking performance, sharing insights, and making optimizations to drive reach and listener engagement.

Campaign Operations & Cross-Team Coordination

Help support day-to-day advertising operations and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed, helping the team deliver consistently strong work at scale.

Sponsorships & Branded Integrations Support

Assist in the planning and activation of sponsorships and branded integrations that strengthen Liberty Mutual’s presence in culture and across key moments. You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute custom content and experiential activations, while supporting measurement and reporting.

• Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
• Requires advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
• Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of relevant technologies
• Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills required
• Budget management and project management experience preferred
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team`s performance
• Demonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trends
• Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization
