We are currently seeking a Vice President, Client Strategies to join our Sales team. You’ll primarily be responsible for the region's cross-sell efforts across all businesses. This position is responsible for coordinating and driving cross-sell activities in the region, working closely with sales leaders, producers, sales enablement, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure that cross-sell efforts are effectively managed and executed, thereby achieving cross-sell revenue targets for the region. This position will report to the region’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

You’re great at:
Ideally, you’ll bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development, or Project Management. You’re highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and naturally operate with a strong sense of urgency. You have a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and communicate clearly and effectively. You’re also confident digging into research and turning complex information into practical, actionable insights. Familiarity with the insurance industry and/or the Employee Benefits space is a definite plus.
