CMFG Life Insurance Company, dba TruStage, is seeking a Senior Analyst (Analyst V) to work as technical analytics lead on a medium to large size projects. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Madison, WI headquarters and individuals are expected to work in the office several days a month.
The Senior Analyst (Analyst V) operates autonomously, performing a crucial role in uncovering, developing, and implementing advanced analytics and reporting solutions to tackle essential business needs. This role encompasses activities such as exploratory analysis, root cause analysis, statistical modeling, report generation, and visualization creation, all aimed at facilitating data-driven decision-making and providing actionable suggestions. The Senior Analyst (Analyst V) collaborates with key stakeholders to pinpoint and provide robust reporting and analytics resolutions that elevate overall business performance. In this capacity, the analyst functions as an authority in data pertaining to their specific business domain, fine-tuning essential metrics, engaging in cross-departmental initiatives, and delving into extensive datasets to extract valuable insights.
Job Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field and 8 years of data analytics experience. As part of the 8 years of data analytics experience, the candidate must also have:
