Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$132,800.00 - $219,100.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Director, HR Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of medium to large-scale HR projects that support key talent initiatives and programs within the Technology and Operations organizations. You may manage and oversee multiple projects or initiatives at one time, each with moderate to high complexity, substantial resources, and organizational change challenges.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to support workforce strategies inclusive of, but not limited to skills mix, role and competency definitions, organizational design, location strategy, upskilling and reskilling, etc.
  • Support strategic workforce transformation initiatives related to AI implementation, including change management strategies, reskilling needs, and organizational design.
  • Apply solid project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Measures outcomes effectively and keeps leaders current on progress against timelines, dashboards and scorecards for each initiative.
  • Translate project information into clear, concise reports that provide insights and recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Develop change management plans for assigned projects, including preparing and supporting stakeholders, establishing the necessary steps for change, and monitoring pre- and post-change activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • May serve as an HR Business Partner for a designated business area, providing strategic HR consultation and expertise to support organizational objectives. Collaborates with key internal stakeholders—including business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence—to execute HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • 7 or more years of related HR experience, including cross-functional knowledge of human resources programs and services in at least 2-3 HR domains.
  • 3 or more years of project management experience.
  • Prior experience with Workday or other HR system.

What is a Must Have?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of related HR or project management experience.
