Job Purpose:

This position serves as a key member of the Lending Programs team, supporting the execution of strategies that increase partner engagement and build staff confidence. As a subject matter expert for Lending Programs, the role collaborates closely with lending stakeholders to ensure alignment, awareness, and adoption of program initiatives.

In support of Lending Programs, this position develops and executes solutions that advance partner and business office objectives. The consultant ensures engagement strategies align with stakeholder goals and broader organizational priorities, driving program utilization and impact.

This role proactively identifies engagement levels, performance gaps, and key levers that influence program adoption and outcomes. Using these insights, the consultant recommends and implements targeted strategies to strengthen channel performance and enhance the overall effectiveness of Lending Programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business strategies, goals, objectives, and success measures for the business office and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of engagement efforts and program execution.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging lending and financial‑services trends to provide insights and recommendations that strengthen Lending Programs and support internal and external partners.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal teams and partners to support seamless execution, effective communication, and aligned performance outcomes.
  • Create compelling, strategic content (presentations, visual assets, engagement materials) to support program awareness, partner engagement, and performance improvement; utilize content‑development and/or graphic‑design experience to produce clear, effective deliverables.
  • Use data, performance analytics, and partner feedback to identify engagement gaps, performance barriers, and key levers that influence program adoption and results.
  • Recommend targeted solutions to address performance gaps—including opportunities related to processes, workflows, technology, and organizational alignment.
  • Partner across the organization to align work accountabilities, resolve issues, refine processes, and support initiatives that improve partner behaviors and strengthen business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high standards of conduct consistent with organizational values, ensuring honesty, fairness, integrity, and adherence to policies and ethical practices.
  • Ensure effective financial stewardship of resources to support a favorable return on investment.
  • Track, measure, and communicate the impact of engagement and performance strategies using dashboards and other tools to influence teams and drive targeted outcomes.
  • Lead or support projects or initiatives related to Lending Programs, including coordination of cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Training or Adult Education, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within lending, training or marketing experience preferably in the financial services industry.
  • High degree of professionalism as demonstrated in training, communication, consulting, leading, cross functional collaboration, interpersonal skills and customer service.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and influence others using multi channels, at both the customer and internal levels to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strong assessment and consultation skills to recommend creative, targeted, and effective adult learning solutions for a wide variety of needs.
  • In-depth understanding of the Financial Services industry, and market.  Working knowledge of or demonstrated ability to quickly learn TruStage's products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills include influencing, consultation, collaboration skills, Analytical, problem solving, organization, and planning.
  • Effective knowledge and application of communication competencies, especially oral and written communications, influence, and persuasion, coaching and development, results orientation, facilitation and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively problem-solve focusing on both short and long-term solutions individually or within cross collaborative teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with a high sense of ownership for area of responsibility/expertise.
  • For positions directly working with partners whereas selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance products, Life and Health Insurance license (resident state) within 90 days of employment.
  • Travel 25% of time.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$83,100.00 - $124,700.00
