Job Description:
The Sr Director, Product Management – Residential Tax is a senior leadership role responsible for market research, strategy, product planning, development, and full lifecycle management of Residential Tax solutions that drive customer retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and compliance across the mortgage servicing and escrow ecosystem.
This role provides thought leadership and strategic direction across product innovation, platform evolution, go to market execution, and commercialization for Residential Tax capabilities including (but not limited to) digital tax portals, tax payment and reporting services, onboarding decisions, portfolio intelligence, monitoring, compliance workflows, and market execution, and commercialization for Residential Tax capabilities including (but not limited to) digital tax portals, tax payment and reporting services, onboarding decisions, portfolio intelligence, monitoring, compliance workflows, and data market execution, and commercialization for Residential Tax capabilities including (but not limited to) digital tax portals, tax payment and reporting services, onboarding decisions, portfolio intelligence, monitoring, compliance workflows, and data driven insights.
From deep client and market research through financial modeling, roadmap ownership, and execution, this leader defines and delivers the long-term vision for Residential Tax products while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise strategy.
As a senior product executive, you will lead and develop a team of Product Managers and analysts, while providing direction and influence across cross functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, Compliance, and external partners. You will also serve as a key executive voice in client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.

Identify and prioritize new revenue generating opportunities by analyzing customer workflows, regulatory requirements, technology trends, data assets, and competitive gaps within the Residential Tax landscape.
Monitor industry, regulatory, and legislative trends and assess their impact on product strategy, client value, and long-term investment priorities.
Product Vision, Roadmap & Financial Performance
Define and own the Residential Tax product strategy and multiyear roadmap, including prioritized initiatives, business justification, investment requirements, and expected ROI.
Partner with senior leaders to establish long term strategic plans and objectives, term strategic plans and objectives term strategic plans and objectives; lead new product definition and business cases across functions.
Support business plans and strategic decisions with financial modeling, pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Achieve revenue growth, retention, and profitability targets across the Residential Tax product portfolio.
Execution & Cross Functional Leadership
Provide leadership and direction to Product Management teams, ensuring strong discovery practices, clear requirements, disciplined execution, and successful delivery of product milestones.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable product delivery aligned with client and regulatory needs.
Ensure product plans are fully integrated with enterprise strategies, operational capabilities, and go to market execution.
Go To Market & Client Engagement
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing to position current and future Residential Tax offerings, support sales motions, and enable successful client adoption.
Guide pricing, packaging, distribution, and competitive positioning decisions.
Engage directly with clients to understand strategic challenges, future operating models, and emerging needs.
Lead and represent the company at key industry organizations, conferences, and forums, articulating the value and vision of Residential Tax solutions.
Stakeholder & External Relationship Management
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, legislators, industry associations, vendors, and strategic partners, as appropriate.
Act as a trusted executive partner across the organization, driving alignment, influence, and clarity on Residential Tax product priorities.
Leadership Scope

Please note range listed is the potential base salary range at the Sr Director level and has a 25% annual bonus as well.
