Individual contributor responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing sourcing solutions for IT Security, HR and Professional Services sourcing categories. Responsible for partnering with business leaders on all phases of sourcing and contracting from project planning through execution. A key focus area includes category strategy development and execution, including understanding the business strategy and influence approach to supplier purchases and contractual decisions; providing procurement/contract data and guidance; acting as lead negotiator for all large and strategic contracts and commercial events; and analyzing data and providing recommendations on upcoming contract renewals based on vendor performance in conjunction with external market data. Another focus area is Supplier Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, including engaging and influencing business leaders by delivering strategies and initiatives that create value for the organizationJOB DESCRIPTION:

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
