SVP Casualty Operations EnablementPRIMARY PURPOSE: The Senior Vice President, Casualty Operations Enablement serves as a senior operational leader and strategic partner to the President of Casualty, with accountability for strengthening execution, alignment, and operational discipline across the Casualty organization. This role is responsible for translating Casualty strategy into scalable execution, enabling leadership effectiveness, and ensuring consistent performance management across a large, geographically dispersed operation. The role works closely with SVPs, Managing Directors, and functional leaders to drive outcomes across service delivery, colleague experience, and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen, operational credibility, and the ability to influence at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree in Business Administration or advanced degree in a related field, highly preferred.
Experience
Ten (10+) years of related experience to include progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or large-scale program leadership within insurance, financial services, or similarly complex organizations or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Demonstrated experience operating at a senior leadership or SVP-adjacent level, partnering with executive leaders and influencing across large, matrixed teams. Experience in claims, insurance operations, or professional services strongly preferred.
