About the role.
The PURE360 Risk Management Consultation is a unique service conducted by a PURE Risk Manager at the home(s) of PURE Members providing them with tailored loss prevention solutions, an understanding of appropriate coverage and terms, and thorough documentation of their home(s). Our PURE360 Coordinators work hand in hand with our Members and Risk Managers to create a seamless experience in coordinating the PURE360 Consultation. The PURE360 Coordinator is instrumental in both building an effective schedule for PURE Risk Managers and leveraging Member interactions to create a feeling of membership.

As a new PURE360 Coordinator, you’ll take part in a comprehensive paid onboarding program designed to build a strong foundation in PURE’s culture, systems, and service approach. Through a combination of hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to deliver an outstanding member experience.
Compensation: $50,000 annually, plus overtime and monthly bonus potential
