Title: Data Operations Intern
Job Location: Hybrid (at least two days/week in-office), for those based in Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; or Madison, WI. Willing to consider fully remote for the right candidate.
Start Date: Ideally April/May 2026. Part-time hours (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year, with full-time hours available during the summer months. Role is planned through August 2026, with the opportunity for extension.

Job Purpose:
The Data Operations Intern will support Filene’s Technology team in maintaining and improving the quality, structure, and usability of data within the organization’s CRM system (Salesforce). This role focuses on strengthening CRM data accuracy, supporting reporting and dashboard improvements, and helping prepare Salesforce data for future data infrastructure initiatives.
The Data Operations Interns will assist with data hygiene efforts, identify opportunities to streamline reporting and data structures, and contribute to documentation that supports strong data governance practices. Through this work, the intern will gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data management, and the role that high-quality data plays in supporting organizational decision-making.

Base Salary Range:
