As a VSC Claims Adjuster, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers.
Initiate automotive claims, gather information, verify coverage, and document in the Toro database.
Validate claims using parts and labor estimates, applying coverage rules and benefits (rental, towing).
Utilize labor time guide applications (All data or Mitchell ProDemand) to confirm estimates.
Communicate repair procedures and contract terms clearly to customers.
Provide claim summaries to Team Leads and Supervisors; escalate as needed.
Perform callbacks, process mail, and support general administrative tasks related to claims.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong customer service and communication skills
Stands out for their accuracy, diligence, and detail orientation
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
Is recognized for their organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Has 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, claims, call center, or related customer service environment
Charter of the French language clause (if required): (Beginner, intermediate, or advanced) English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with customers, repair facilities, and internal partners on a daily basis.
