What you’ll accomplish with us

As a VSC Claims Adjuster, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers.

• Initiate automotive claims, gather information, verify coverage, and document in the Toro database.

• Validate claims using parts and labor estimates, applying coverage rules and benefits (rental, towing).

• Utilize labor time guide applications (All data or Mitchell ProDemand) to confirm estimates.

• Communicate repair procedures and contract terms clearly to customers.

• Provide claim summaries to Team Leads and Supervisors; escalate as needed.

• Perform callbacks, process mail, and support general administrative tasks related to claims.

• Is known for their strong customer service and communication skills

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving ability

• Is recognized for their organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Has 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, claims, call center, or related customer service environment

• Charter of the French language clause (if required): (Beginner, intermediate, or advanced) English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with customers, repair facilities, and internal partners on a daily basis.
