The Director of Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. The Procurement Leader collaborates cross-functionally with business units such as IT, Claims, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, and Supply Chain to align procurement objectives with broader business goals. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and maximize value from the supply base. The role demands a deep understanding of our business and its teammates, vendor governance, third-party risk, and data privacy standards critical to the insurance sector. This leader is considerate, empathetic, collaborative, and oriented toward consensus building.
