The role
The Client Portfolio Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing the investor experience for WTW Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) clients including:
- Lead relationships for clients utilizing WTW’s asset management services through fund solutions or bespoke portfolios
- Collaborate with the investment consulting team to support client management needs for relationships where WTW delivers advisory consulting and SPS services
- Serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for investor questions and facilitate connectivity with the right center of knowledge
- Proactively anticipate client needs and requests
- Identify potential opportunities for relationship expansion
- Participate in new business opportunities (support SPS growth function), with an emphasis on private markets
- Identify areas for operational and service efficiencies
- Oversee and manage the production of fund investor collateral (Quarterly Investment Reporting, fact sheet, custom reports) and manage the processes for delivering to investors.
- Key contribution annually will be the coordination with Research and the Portfolio Management Group to execute the SPS annual content plan.
