PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Generate and coordinate client and prospective deliverables, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting stringent deadlines
Update and generate weekly reports utilizing the CRM and MS Office
Maintain/update CRM and Department tracking sheets on a real time basis
Data gathering for surveys
Offer additional support in facilitating RFP's from various vendors through the RPAG system
Build up subject matter expertise through self study (ex. designations, licensing), industry partner interactions, and client interaction
Special projects as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2-4 years of working experience in customer service in the financial services industry or analytical role preferred.
Working knowledge of mutual funds. Working knowledge of 401(k), preferred but not required. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be willing to obtain the appropriate FINRA licensing within the first 90 days of hire.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent customer services skills.
Extremely detail oriented, exceptional follow through, and reliable in all aspects.
Strong interest in learning about the retirement plan industry.
Interest in pursuing advanced designations and securities licensing. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Prior experience with CRM software
Familiarity with RPAG investment analysis software, preferred but not required

Hybrid position, minimum 3 days in office
