The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and delivering clear, actionable insights through high‑quality reporting and visualization. This role focuses on understanding data, translating business questions into metrics, and building Power BI dashboards that support monitoring, decision‑making, and transparency across the organization.  

The position works closely with data science, analytics, and business partners to ensure data is accurately interpreted, consistently reported, and effectively communicated. Exposure to model governance concepts is beneficial, but formal governance experience is not required and can be learned on the job.

In this role You will:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.  
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.  
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear metrics and visualizations.  
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reports and dashboards.  
  • Document metric definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic.  
  • Act as a liaison between model governance, data science, and oversight functions.
  • Support basic model monitoring and governance activities
