As a Corporate Contract Recruiter for Core Specialty, you will recruit for open requisitions and facilitate the full life cycle of a hire. You will work with managers to ensure the requisitions are filled in a timely manner.
Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH at our Headquarters.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Recruitment of open positions for a wide variety of roles which include - Finance, Accounting, Operational support, Legal, entry level Claims, Underwriting, etc.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and compliant recruiting process.
Handle recruitment activities which include: screening candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and initiating background checks.
Actively source candidates through a variety of methods.
Provide a positive candidate experience and ongoing communication regarding status throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers by gaining a true understanding of our business, products, and markets to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.
Track candidate information and maintain up-to-date candidate status information in Workday.
Work with other functions within HR to ensure a best-in-class HR experience for all new hires and current employees.
Comply with state job posting laws around salary transparency and other hiring practices.
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:
Must have knowledge of legal hiring practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 plus years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, hiring processes either in-house or in a professional agency. Preferably in-house experience.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday preferred.
Experience using sourcing channels such as social media channels, internet job boards, networking sites, and professional organizations to attract both passive and active job seekers.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong relationship building capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work in a team environment with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
