The Role
The Senior Client Advocate is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships that includes strategy development and execution at the insurance program level. The Senior Client Advocate is responsible for marshalling WTW resources to provide coordinated service that meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. The Senior Client Advocate must have the ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensures Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are met.
Work in conjunction with Broking to ensure utilization of appropriate analytical tools.
Increase (maximize) the profitability of the client account and ensure retention of that business.
