Key Responsibilities
Handle telephone calls using good customer service skills.
Manage walk-ins/public assistance.
Assist with Surcharge Docket Administration and Total Loss Administration.
Aid the Glass Department in glass claim facts, determining coverage, and accurately establishing and resolving each claim.
Open incoming mail and prepare batches for scanning into an electronic system and then index to correct claim.
Order and stock supplies for the office at request.
File any special handling documents or media materials as required.
Establish claims in an electronic system utilizing various sources in the computer system to obtain required information; and, assign appraisal according to established guidelines.
Produce a variety of reports, spreadsheets, and/or email for daily and monthly data.
Performs other related work as required or requested.
Requirements

Sound MS Office skills and able to work in an organized manner

Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary or hourly wage range for this position is approximately $47,000 - $49,000 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
