The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within a designated geographic area. The RSD will identify growth opportunities; through development of new agency appointments to enhance new sales opportunities, direct sales opportunities, conference attendance in their market and national conferences. The RSD will manage and implement strategies to grow the sales pipeline. RSD will maintain agency relationship and manage all aspects of the sales process for both new business and renewals, from collecting information needed to quote, working with underwriting, presenting, assisting sales support staff onboarding of new clients, and renewing them.
