Job Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist, Commercial & Private Banking supports the execution of field marketing programs, events, and banker-facing initiatives across the Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management businesses. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, materials, and on-the-ground execution to ensure marketing programs are delivered effectively and consistently.

This position is a highly execution-focused individual contributor role, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Field Marketing Specialist partners with marketing team members, vendors, and business stakeholders to support seamless program delivery and contribute to a positive and consistent market presence.

 

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Event and Program Execution

  • Execute logistics for field marketing programs and events, including venue coordination, vendor management, materials preparation, and on-site support.
  • Manage assigned program workstreams, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet established quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and documentation to support execution consistency.
  • Support post-program activities, including attendance tracking, feedback collection, and documentation.
  • Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously with a focus on accuracy and execution quality.

Materials and Content Coordination

  • Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials, including event collateral and banker-facing assets.
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to initiate and track production requests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized inventories of marketing materials and ensure assets are current and accessible.
  • Support updates to existing materials to reflect program details, timelines, and business needs.

Business Line and Banker Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for bankers and business stakeholders for program logistics and materials coordination.
  • Communicate program details, timelines, and updates clearly and consistently.
  • Participate in team and field meetings to support alignment and coordination.
  • Build working knowledge of business lines, banker needs, and market activities to improve support effectiveness.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Support budget tracking, expense coordination, and invoice processing for assigned programs.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and operational workflows in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Maintain organized files, calendars, and documentation to support team efficiency.
  • Contribute to planning and coordination activities with a focus on execution readiness and issue resolution.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.  Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business or some other related field.
  • Minimum experience required: 4+ Years in marketing, event coordination, field marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting event or program execution with strong attention to logistics, detail, and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, vendors, and business line partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, commercial banking, or private banking programs.
  • Familiarity with event management tools, project tracking systems, and marketing production workflows.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent stakeholder interaction and shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work under tight timelines.

  • 10-20% travel.
  • Physical demands (ADA): The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving or infrequent lifting.

Pay Range

$65,826.75 - $106,606.00
