Growth Marketing Manager, Customer Full-Time | Hybrid | Reports to Director of Growth Marketing
Denver, or Oklahoma City preferred
Auris™ is the payroll and HR company built for small and midsized businesses that can't afford to get it wrong. Trusted by more than 50,000 businesses nationwide, Auris combines intuitive technology with real human expertise to ensure payroll, compliance, and workforce operations run correctly every time.
Now part of Acrisure, Auris is entering its next phase of growth — modernizing its demand engine, expanding nationally, and building a more predictable pipeline across digital and partner-driven channels.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Customer to own the expansion pipeline from our installed base. This is one of the highest-leverage marketing roles at Auris: 50,000 businesses already trust us to get payroll right. This role figures out which ones are ready for more — and creates the motion that gets them there.
About the Role
This is not a customer success support or just a lifecycle marketing role. It is a pipeline generation role with an existing customer base as its territory. You will identify which customers are most likely to expand, build the campaigns and plays that create urgency, and generate qualified conversations for inside sales. You will also support customer-facing events, webinars and trade show activations as part of how Auris keeps its base engaged and moving toward the next decision.
You will be measured on expansion pipeline created, attachment rates and upsell conversion. Not email open rates.
What You'll Own
— Expansion pipeline generation. Identify highest-propensity accounts across the full installed base and build targeted plays that create qualified upsell conversations for inside sales, outbound, inbound, and everywhere in between.
— Account prioritization. Use product usage data, firmographic signals, and behavioral intent to continuously rank and refresh the expansion target list. The right account at the right moment beats volume every time.
— Expansion campaign execution. Run multi-channel campaigns — email, paid retargeting, direct outreach — designed to move single-product customers into additional Auris modules. Messaging tied to real business stakes, not feature lists.
— Sales partnership. Work directly with inside sales to align on target accounts, campaign timing, and handoff quality. You treat their pipeline number as your pipeline number.
— Customer events. Own Auris-hosted webinars end-to-end; topic selection, promotion, execution, and post-event conversion motion. Every webinar has a pipeline objective before it's scheduled.
— Trade show support. Coordinate Auris presence at relevant industry events — logistics, materials, pre-show outreach, and on-site execution — with a clear pipeline objective attached to every activation.
— HubSpot execution. Build and manage campaigns, workflows, and reporting inside HubSpot. Clean segmentation, clear attribution, no black-box pipeline.
— AI-assisted production. Deploy AI tooling to accelerate content production, list enrichment, and campaign personalization at scale. Measurable output, not experimentation for its own sake.
— Performance reporting. Own expansion-layer metrics: upsell pipeline created, influenced expansion MRR, event-sourced pipeline, and conversion rates by segment. Feed that data into the Director's CAC and pipeline models.
What This Role Requires
— 5+ years in demand generation, expansion marketing, or a sales-aligned marketing role in B2B SaaS or vertical software.
— Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline — not just run campaigns. You know what a qualified expansion conversation looks like and how to create one.
— Hands-on HubSpot proficiency — segmentation, workflows, campaign attribution, and reporting.
— Event management experience — webinars and trade shows, from planning through post-event follow-up.
— Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools (Clay, enrichment platforms, AI content generation) with results to show for it.
— Strong written instincts — copy that creates urgency for one specific customer, not a broadcast to the list. — Bias toward ownership. If the pipeline number is wrong, you figure out why and fix it.
