Marketing Specialist

Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Chicago, IL!

The Marketing Specialist will be marketing and gathering data for analysis for our sales team and clients for the marketing specialist role. As compliance coordinator you will ensure that the company is following legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Markets RFPS

  • Spreadsheets (including review and updating)

  • Collect Quotes

  • Spreading quotes from carriers

  • Answers carrier questions

  • Request renewals

  • Participate in pre-renewal meetings.

  • Compensation statements

  • Reach out to clients for Business Associate Agreements & Enrollment Agreements and follow up when necessary.

  • Collect 5500 schedule A’s, submit information to vendor, ensure filing is completed for each client. • Gather membership data for PCORI fees, calculate fees, and send to clients.

  • Act as liaison between B&B legal and Oak Brook office

  • Send compliance updates to office and clients.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • High School Diploma

  • College degree (Preferred)

  • 1 – 3 years of industry experience

  • MS office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

Pay Range

$29.00 - $39.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
