As a Risk & Underwriting Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting core underwriting and loss‑analysis processes, generating reports, validating data, and assisting with program administration.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Risk & Underwriting Support Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Analysis (60%)
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
Compile data from internal systems
Assist with analysis of loss ratios and performance trends
Validate data accuracy and completeness
Maintain reporting templates and documentation
Partner with cross‑functional teams to support data needs
Exception Request Support (20%)
Review basic exception requests
Gather supporting data and documentation
Escalate complex requests to senior team members
Document decisions and maintain records
Communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Operational Support (20%)
Respond to inquiries received in the risk inbox
Maintain documentation and organize shared folders
Assist with system updates and administrative tasks
Support cross‑functional teams as needed
Participate in meetings and maintain organized files

Has a High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Has experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
Is proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
Works well independently and as part of a team
Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders
