The Role
As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.
What You will Do
- Manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading job matching sessions and resolving data issues
- Deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive survey participation
- Analyze large datasets and interpret compensation trends
- Prepare impactful reports and presentations
- Support bespoke consulting projects, including benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates
- Contribute to broader initiatives such as industry research, training, and business development
This hybrid role is based in Stamford, CT, with the team currently meeting in office two days per week. This practice reflects our current team approach and may evolve based on future business needs.
