PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage, standardize, and optimize provider and network data operations by ensuring data integrity, enabling scalable automation, and delivering accurate, actionable reporting. This role drives data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting reliability across systems, supporting business decisions, revenue accuracy, and enterprise growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Data Operations & Governance

  • Own end-to-end data integrity across provider and network datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and control frameworks.
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve data discrepancies through structured exception management processes.
  • Support audit readiness through documentation, traceability, and standardized workflows.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Design and enhance automated workflows for reporting, validation, and data processing.
  • Continuously evaluate current processes and implement improvements to support a scalable operating model.

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions, including dashboards and automated reporting outputs.
  • Ensure reports accurately reflect business definitions, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze trends, variances, and data issues to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Provider Lifecycle & Data Management

  • Support provider data lifecycle processes, including adds, terms, and updates across systems.
  • Ensure accurate alignment between source data, operational systems, and reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and maintain provider and network data.

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and data-related requests.
  • Translate business needs into structured data solutions, reports, and automation.
  • Provide clear communication and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Documentation & Standardization

  • Create and maintain SOPs, data definitions, and process documentation.
  • Ensure consistency, auditability, and knowledge sharing across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

  • Five (5) years of related experience in data operations, analytics, or reporting.
  • Experience with automation, reporting tools, or data workflows strongly preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00/year.  A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
