Brown & Brown is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team! Candidates must reside in WA, NV, OR, AZ, UT, CO, CA, MT, ID, NM, or WY.
The Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assisting our customers with gaining access to our carrier platforms and keeping their data up to date.
How You Will Contribute:
Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners.
Provide responsive customer support by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive user experience.
Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures. Including Process changes, terminations and transfers between agencies.
Update customer information in our internal databases, on carrier platforms, and carrier partners. Task and pend to ensure timely and accurate processing, follow up as needed.
Contribute or create a standard operation procedure for each process to be shared amongst your team for training and reference.
Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Pursue a program of personal and professional development.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred)
Experience with Agency Management Software Systems (preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY ON A REGULAR BASIS
Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication on a constant basis 7-8 hours per day
Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor and reading documents
Ability to sit at a desk on a consistent basis – approximately 3-5 hours per day
Manual dexterity, arm, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone
Pay Range
26.00 - 26.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
